Description

This 08400 formed pouch cell case from Eata Battery measures 8 mm x 25 mm and is deep-drawn from 113 um aluminum laminated film. Net weight is 30 g per 50 pcs. Layer structure from outside to inside (material in brackets): polyamid (JIS Z1714) 0.025 mm (+/- 0.0025 mm); adhesive (polyester-polyurethane) 0.040 mm (+/- 0.004 mm); adhesive (urethane-free) 2-3 g/m2; polypropylene 0.040 mm (+/- 0.004 mm). Specifications: surface quality matte finish; pinholes subject to the applicable aluminum foil standard; impurities 1 mm or less in diameter; fish eye 2 mm or less in diameter (clear) and 1 mm or less (colored); moisture vapor / O2 transmission rate 200 ppm / 5 years; laminate strength nylon/Al more than 2 N/15mm and Al/CPP more than 5 N/15mm; heat seal strength more than 29.4 N/15mm wide at 200 C x 0.2 MPa x 2 s with standard heat sealing equipment; solvent retention less than 5 mg/m2; slip factor CPP/CPP less than 1.0.
