Description

1-Naphthylmethylammonium bromide (NMABr) pairs a benzylic ammonium head group with a 1-naphthyl aromatic body, a geometry favored for organic spacer cations in two-dimensional halide perovskites. The methylene spacer grants conformational freedom while the naphthalene ring strengthens van der Waals coupling between organic layers. Supplied at >=99.5% purity after four purification passes.
