This 18650 cylinder battery case from Eata Battery is a cylindrical cell housing with an anti-explosive cap and up-and-down (top and bottom) insulation O-rings. The anti-explosive cap vents interior high pressure when the cell is over-stressed, while the insulation O-rings isolate the cap and case electrically so the finished cell can be safely cycled in research and production environments. The case pairs with the matching 18650-format cases and cans in the same product family.
