Description

2-Propynylammonium iodide (PNAI) is a compact alkyne-functional ammonium iodide supplied at >=99.5% purity after four purification cycles. The terminal alkyne on the propargyl group offers a reactive handle alongside the ammonium iodide head group, a combination useful in perovskite precursor compositions where covalent anchoring or pi-stacking interactions are explored. The salt dissolves in DMF and DMSO and is stored under argon with protection from light and air.
