Description

This aluminum foil from Eata Battery is cut to a 57 mm width matching the electrode dimensions of 18650 cylindrical lithium batteries. Specifications: thickness 16 +/- 1 um; areal density 30-34 g/m2; transverse surface density uniformity <= 0.003 g per 40 x 40 mm; longitudinal surface density uniformity <= 0.03 g per 400 x 40 mm; no oxidation in the high-temperature oxidation-resistance test at 200 C for 30 min; connection defect count < 2; aluminum content > 99.45 %; extensibility < 0.5 %; room-temperature tensile strength > 141 kgf/mm2; and tensile strength > 122 kgf/mm2 after baking at 120 C for 1 h.
