This aluminum-nickel composite strip from Eata Battery combines pure aluminum and pure nickel layers into a single clad material. Specifications: aluminum material purity Al >= 99.5 %; nickel material purity Ni >= 99.6 %; aluminum-to-nickel alloy ratio 1:2; thickness 0.08-0.2 mm with tolerance +/- 0.005 mm; and width 2-100 mm. The composite is supplied as roll or cut into pieces. In battery applications the clad strip joins aluminum-side and nickel-side terminals, allowing a single tab material to contact both aluminum collectors and nickel-plated connections while reducing galvanic issues at the joint.
