Description

This aluminum strip roll from Eata Battery is the raw material for cutting battery tabs. Standard size: width 4 mm, thickness 0.1 mm, weight 0.3 kg per roll. Material specification: 1060 alloy in O temper, with thickness 0.05-0.3 mm and width 2-85 mm available; other grades, tempers and specifications can be negotiated. Mechanical properties of 1060-O: tensile strength 45-100 N/mm2 depending on thickness range with elongation from 4 % to 13 %; bending performance of 180 degrees with at least 8 bend times without cracks or delamination; and hardness below 25 HV. Tolerance classes cover higher-precision and ordinary levels for both thickness and width, with side camber of 1-5 mm per meter depending on width. Each batch is tested for chemical composition, hardness, repeated bending, dimensions and surface quality.
