Description

This BET automatic surface area and porosimetry analyzer from Eata Battery uses a high vacuum stainless steel micro-welding pipeline system: compacted connections with small dead volume, VCR metal surface seal interfaces overcoming O-ring self-outgassing, VCR pneumatic valves eliminating local heating errors of solenoid valves, and electropolished pipe walls achieving leakage rate of 1x10-10 Pa.m3/s under high vacuum. Digital pressure measurement: digital-output pressure and temperature sensors with twice the accuracy of analog counterparts, RS485 / RS232 industrial communication with bus-expandable sensors, high-precision digital pressure sensor resolution of 1 Pa (versus 4 Pa commonly used). Intelligent testing software: integrated sample degassing with flexible time / temperature combinations and automatic night operation; comprehensive data processing on an advanced development platform with strong compatibility. Testing and acceptance follow the same standards as international well-known brands; measurement errors are dynamically eliminated during test for operator-independent consistency.
