Cat No:BMSPEM-0208
Butylammonium Trifluoroacetate (BATFA) is an aliphatic ammonium salt in which the butylammonium cation is paired with the trifluoroacetate anion. It is offered as a perovskite precursor material and is prepared at a purity of at least 99.5% through four successive purification cycles, a grade intended for workflows in which baseline interference must be kept to a minimum. The compound dissolves in most organic solvents and is hygroscopic as well as sensitive to air and light, so it should be protected from light and kept at room temperature under argon. Eata Battery supplies it in 250 mg and 1 g units.
