This carbon-coated aluminum foil from Eata Battery is a cathode substrate foil for lithium batteries. The aluminum foil thickness is 12-30 um, the color is black or gray, and the conductive coating has a single-surface density of 0.5-2.0 g/m2 per side. The conductive carbon layer reduces contact resistance between the cathode material and the aluminum foil, improves coating adhesion and helps suppress corrosion of the aluminum surface.
