Carbon Fiber Cloth Conductive Material for Battery Manufacturing (Hydrophilic / PTFE-Hydrophobic / MPL-Layered)

Cat No:BMSPEM-0502

Description

This carbon fiber cloth conductive material from Eata Battery uses a carbon cloth substrate without MPL and is available in three types. The relatively hydrophilic type (without hydrophobic treatment) has a thickness of 0.33 +/- 0.03 mm and a weight of 120 +/- 20 g/m2. The hydrophobic type (20 % PTFE hydrophobic treatment) has the same 0.33 +/- 0.03 mm thickness with a weight of 144 +/- 25 g/m2 and an air permeability of 9 s. The hydrophobic type with an MPL layer (carbon powder layer) has a thickness of 0.41 +/- 0.03 mm, a weight of 200 +/- 25 g/m2 and an air permeability of < 55 s. Through-plane resistance is < 5, < 4.6 and < 13 mohm-cm2 respectively, and tensile strength is > 10 N/cm (MD) and > 5 N/cm (XD) for all three types.
