Cat No:BMSPEM-0501
This carbon fiber conductive material from Eata Battery is a flexible carbon cloth (carbon fiber fabric) used as a conductive substrate in lithium-ion battery research. Two types are available: a 0.18 mm type with high-temperature treatment and a 0.21 mm type without high-temperature treatment. Common specifications: base weight 50 g/m2; gas transmission rate < 10 s; vertical resistivity 4 mohm-cm2 (0.18 mm type) and 5 mohm-cm2 (0.21 mm type); tensile strength 2.5 N/cm (MD) and 1 N/cm (XD); pressure drop 16 mV and 20 mV; and porosity 70 %. In the cathode, carbon cloth acts as a conductive substrate giving mechanical support to the active material; in the anode it serves as a current collector that stabilizes the active material and improves electron transfer. The material is lightweight, strong and flexible, and can be cut into different shapes and sizes for various battery designs.
