Description

This natural graphite anode powder from Eata Battery is intended for high-end square, cylindrical, polymer and power lithium-ion batteries. The surface coating layer is thinner, more uniform and more complete than conventional treatments, improving compatibility with the electrolyte and raising capacity, density and cycling performance. Specifications: particle size D10 10.202 um, D50 17.523 um and D90 29.484 um (laser diffraction); moisture 0.041%; carbon content 99.971%; tap density 1.079 g/cm3; specific surface area 4.109 m2/g; first capacity 362.5 mAh/g and first efficiency 94.5% by analog battery evaluation. Foreign matter is checked with a 200-mesh (74 um) standard sieve by 10% sampling of package weight, and particle size analysis records accompany each lot.
