This 5 mm copper foam from Eata Battery is the thickest grade of the copper foam series, a porous electrode substrate conducting heat and electricity for lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells, nickel-zinc batteries and electric double-layer capacitors, also usable as heat sink, heat absorption, catalyst carrier, electromagnetic shielding, filtration and damping material. Specifications: copper foam, purity > 99.99%, sold in roll or sheet; dimensions 100 x 100 x 5 mm, customized as request; aperture 0.5-1 mm; porosity >= 98% (25-50 pores per inch, hole size about 0.5-1 mm diameter); through-hole rate >= 98%; bulk density 0.1-0.8 g/cm3.
