Description

This Cu foil from Eata Battery is a copper foil for lithium-ion battery anode substrates, with a width of 200 mm and a thickness of 9 um. Specifications: areal density 85-90 g/m2; purity Cu >= 99.9 % with Fe < 0.0010 %, Bi < 0.00020 % and Pb < 0.0005 %; tensile strength >= 294 MPa; normal elongation 2.5 %; high-temperature tensile strength >= 147 MPa and elongation 2 % at 180 C; anti-oxidization performance with no oxidation points, no color change and no fracture after 180 C heating for 1 h; surface roughness Rz less than 0.3 um (drum side) and less than 3.0 um (matte side); surface tension 62 dyne/cm on both sides; and uniform both-face tension for uniform slurry coating.
