This CVD graphene film from Eata Battery is grown by chemical vapor deposition and supplied as a 3 x 3 cm sheet with monolayer coverage of >= 95 % and a resistance of 300-600. Additional sizes from the same process include 1 x 1, 2 x 2, 5 x 5, 5 x 10, 10 x 10 and 10 x 15 cm. The wafer-style CVD film supports transparent electrodes, field-effect devices and large-area graphene characterization. Standard exported package: internal plastic bottle sealing, outside aluminum-plastic composite membrane sealing.
