Cat No:BMSPEM-0123
Cyclohexylammonium bromide is the hydrobromide of cyclohexylamine and the largest ring in this cyclic ammonium series. The chair-shaped cyclohexyl group imposes a distinctly hydrophobic, bulky organic layer, which is of interest when stabilising bromide perovskites against moisture ingress and when suppressing ion migration in low-dimensional frameworks. Supplied at >=99.5% purity after four purification passes, the salt is stored under argon with protection from light and handled as a moisture- and air-sensitive material.
