Description

This dual-workstation battery cap pressure testing machine from Eata Battery is used for spot checking the power-off (outage) pressure value and bursting pressure value of battery cap samples. The machine mainly consists of two sets of cylinder-driven testing fixture assemblies, a single-stage gas booster pump, a digital pressure transmitter, a high-pressure solenoid valve, a PLC touch screen and control electrical devices, with a miniature printer to print test results on demand. Specifications: test pressure 0-5.0 MPa, maximum 6.0 MPa; power supply AC 220 V, 500 W; input air pressure 0.5-0.6 MPa using standard compressed air (nitrogen not required); 2 test stations, one testing 18 caps and the other 21 caps; pressure transmitter range 0-10 MPa with overall accuracy 0.1 class; high-pressure solenoid valve rated 10 MPa; external dimensions 750 mm width x 600 mm depth x 1485 mm height; additional precision digital pressure gauge with 0.05 class accuracy for convenient calibration of the pressure transmitter at any time.
