Cat No:BMSPEM-0178
Formamidinium lead bromide iodide (FAPbBr2I) is a mixed halide formamidinium perovskite supplied at >=99%. Sharing bromide and iodide on the same lattice tunes the band gap and the phase transition behaviour relative to the single-halide end members, which is why such compositions are explored for stable wide-band-gap absorbers. The powder dissolves in most organic solvents for solution processing and is stored at room temperature under argon, protected from moisture, air and light.
