Cat No:BMSPEM-0177
Formamidinium lead chloride iodide (CH(NH2)2PbICl2, FAPbICl2) is a chloride-containing formamidinium perovskite supplied at >=99%. Partial chloride substitution stabilises the photoactive phase and widens the band gap, so the compound is used in phase-stabilisation work and in wide-band-gap layers for tandem devices. It dissolves readily in DMF and DMSO and is handled in the dark under argon as a moisture-, air- and light-sensitive powder.
