Description

This formed pouch cell case from Eata Battery is deep-drawn aluminum laminated film supplied from standard dies at no extra die-sinking cost, with single-pit formats including 34 x 50, 41 x 76, 43.5 x 121, 57 x 101, 67 x 90, 75 x 90, 91 x 101 and 147.5 x 235 mm, and double-pit formats including 17 x 24, 41 x 75, 42 x 75, 42 x 77, 51 x 77, 52 x 77, 56 x 81, 101 x 210 and 128 x 137 mm; the double-pit maximum thickness is about 2.8 mm. Formed depth can be adjusted up to about 5.5 mm, confirmed before order placement. New pouch die designs are available as a custom service (die sinking cost applies, no minimum order quantity).
