This graphene dispersion from Eata Battery is a water-based conductive coating additive. Specifications: graphene content 15 wt%; dispersant content 0.25 wt%; D50 8.65 um; solvent deionized water; and viscosity with no mobility. Dispersing methods: high-speed shearing for 20-30 min, emulsification for 20-30 min, or ball milling 1-2 times. Recommended addition: 2-3 wt% for static conductive coatings and 3-5 wt% for conductive coatings. The dispersion provides a convenient route to antistatic and conductive surface layers on various substrates.
