Cat No:BMSPEM-0090
Guanidinium bromide (GABr) is a planar, hydrogen-bond-rich organic cation salt that has become a key additive cation in halide perovskite photovoltaics. Organic-halide perovskite solar cells rely on precursors such as GABr to build mixed-cation or mixed-halide absorbers in which the guanidinium cation tunes bandgap, carrier diffusion length and power conversion efficiency. Supplied at >=99.5% purity after four purification passes, the salt melts at 191 C and dissolves readily in water and ethanol.
