Cat No:BMSPEM-0188
Hexylammonium lead iodide ((C6H13NH3)2PbI4, (HA)2PbI4) is a layered lead iodide perovskite in which double layers of hexylammonium cations separate inorganic lead iodide sheets. Extending the alkyl chain increases the organic fraction and the interlayer spacing, an approach used as a perovskite precursor when dimensionality, film morphology and environmental tolerance need to be adjusted. Supplied at >=99%, it dissolves in DMF and DMSO and is kept protected from light at room temperature under argon as a moisture-, air- and light-sensitive solid.
