Description

This high-purity conductive carbon black from Eata Battery is an ultra-clean conductive additive distinguished by extremely low ash and grit levels. Specifications: volatile content 0.15 %; toluene extract 0.1 %; ash content 0.0025 % at 600 C; grit content below 2 ppm at 45 um and 12 ppm at 20 um; BET nitrogen surface area 62 m2/g; adsorption stiffness value 32 ml/5g; moisture 0.1 %; density 160 kg/m3; sulphur content 0.02 %; pH 10; trace metals of iron 2 ppm, nickel 1 ppm, vanadium below 1 ppm, chromium below 1 ppm and copper below 1 ppm. Supplied in container-sealed vacuum bags. The very low metallic impurity profile makes this grade suitable for high-performance lithium-ion battery electrodes.
