In-situ Rapid Swelling Screening System for Silicon-Based Anodes (4-Channel)

Cat No:BMSPEM-0696

Description

This in-situ rapid swelling screening system from Eata Battery replaces ex-situ electron microscopy and micrometer methods for silicon-based anode battery materials, avoiding large human error, poor repeatability and fixed-bolt loosening problems of traditional fixtures. Series specifications (4 models): 4 channels each; pressure control by weight (0.5 kg / 1 kg / 5 kg, customizable) or by servo motor (1-100 kg with resolution 0.1 kg and accuracy +/- 0.3% F.S.); thickness range +/- 5 mm; thickness detection resolution 0.1 um with precision +/- 0.1 um or +/- 1 um by model; systematic error <= 3%; maximum cell size 60 x 94 x 4 mm (customizable). Power supply 220-240 V / 50-60 Hz with voltage tolerance +/- 10%; power consumption 20 W (weight-loading models) or 400 W (servo models); ambient temperature 25 +/- 5 C; ambient humidity 80% RH without condensation.
