This 5 mm iron nickel foam from Eata Battery is supplied as sheet, dimension 100 x 100 x 5 mm, customized sizes on request. Specifications: the aperture 0.1-10 mm (5-130 PPI); porosity 75-98%; through-hole rate >= 98%; bulk density 0.1-0.8 g/cm3. Beyond battery electrode materials, the foam serves as exhaust gas purifier carrier, catalyst carrier for various reactions, high temperature and acid / alkali corrosion resistant filtering material, infrared burner surface material, and industrial or civil heating and drying equipment material.
