This lithium chip from Eata Battery is cut to a 15.6 mm diameter and 0.25 mm thickness, the thinnest standard gauge in the chip family, well suited to low lithium loading experiments in button cells. Material properties: platy appearance; silvery white color; slight smell; specific gravity 0.534 g/cm3; melting point 180.5 C. Purity is 99.9 % (battery grade). Chips are supplied in 100 g bottles, with companion sizes phi15.6 x 0.45 mm, phi16 x 0.6 mm and phi15.6 x 1 mm and customization available.
