Description

This 16 um lithium-ion battery aluminum foil from Eata Battery is applied as a cathode current collector, with a width of 300 mm. Specifications: areal density 42-46 g/m2; transverse surface density uniformity <= 0.003 g per 40 x 40 mm; longitudinal surface density uniformity <= 0.03 g per 400 x 40 mm; no oxidation in the high-temperature oxidation-resistance test at 200 C for 30 min; connection defect count < 2; aluminum content > 99.45 %; extensibility < 0.5 %; room-temperature tensile strength > 180 kgf/mm2; and tensile strength > 160 kgf/mm2 after baking at 120 C for 1 h.
