Description

This 10 um lithium-ion battery copper foil from Eata Battery is designed for battery anode substrates, with a width of 300 mm. Specifications: areal density 85-90 g/m2; purity Cu >= 99.9 % with Fe < 0.0010 %, Bi < 0.00020 % and Pb < 0.0005 %; tensile strength >= 400 MPa; normal elongation 3.72 %; high-temperature tensile strength >= 150 MPa and elongation 2 % at 180 C; anti-oxidation performance with no oxidation points, no color change and no fracture after heating at 180 C for 1 h; surface roughness Rz less than 0.3 um (drum side) and less than 3.5 um (matte side); surface tension 65 dyne/cm on both sides; and uniform both-face tension for uniform slurry coating. The higher tensile strength and elongation make the foil easier to handle during high-speed web coating compared with thinner foils.
