Description

This 12 um lithium-ion battery copper foil from Eata Battery is designed for battery anode substrates, with a width of 200 mm. Specifications: areal density 105-110 g/m2; purity Cu >= 99.9 % with Fe < 0.0010 %, Bi < 0.00020 % and Pb < 0.0005 %; tensile strength >= 305 MPa; normal elongation 3.0 %; high-temperature tensile strength >= 153 MPa and elongation 2.5 % at 180 C; anti-oxidization performance with no oxidation points, no color change and no fracture after 180 C heating for 1 h; surface roughness Rz less than 0.35 um (drum side) and less than 4.0 um (matte side); surface tension 68 dyne/cm on both sides; and uniform tension for uniform slurry coating.
