Description

This battery-grade lithium titanate (Li4Ti5O12, LTO) anode powder from Eata Battery is the non-carbon-coated white grade of the LTO anode family (the same family also offers a carbon-coated black grade). Specifications of the non-coated grade: particle size D10 0.2-0.6 um, D50 0.7-1.5 um and D90 10 um or lower (laser diffraction); purity 99%; tap density 0.9 g/cm3 or higher; specific surface area 16 m2/g or lower; first capacity 150 mAh/g or higher and first efficiency 93% or higher by battery testing. The zero-strain spinel structure of lithium titanate provides long cycle life, excellent rate capability and intrinsically safe operation for lithium-ion cells.
