Cat No:BMSPEM-0710
This mesoporous carbon material from Eata Battery serves as a sulfur host for lithium-sulfur battery cathodes. The ordered mesoporous structure with controlled pore size distribution and large pore capacity improves sulfur utilization and cycling performance: small-sized mesopores load most of the active material and inhibit polysulfide diffusion, while interconnected large cylindrical mesopores facilitate lithium ion transport during charge and discharge. Specifications: pore diameter about 130-150 nm with thin pore walls of about 15 nm; partially graphitized disordered carbon with carbon, oxygen and nitrogen uniformly distributed on the surface; specific surface area 232 m2/g by mercury intrusion porosimetry; total pore volume of pores below 200 nm of 2.51 cm3/g; theoretical sulfur loading up to 90 wt%; tap density 0.146 g/cm3; particle size D10 3.689 um, D50 10.429 um, D99 27.902 um by laser diffraction, adaptable to existing lithium battery slurry coating processes. Packaging 10 g per bag.
