Cat No:BMSPEM-0128
Nonylammonium bromide (NABr) is the bromide counterpart of the nonylammonium series, combining a linear nine-carbon tail with a primary ammonium head group. In bromide perovskite formulations the long chain enforces a large organic interlayer spacing, which researchers exploit to study exciton confinement, dielectric screening and environmental stability in low-dimensional absorbers. The reagent is purified four times to >=99.5%, dissolves in DMF and DMSO, and is kept under argon with protection from light, moisture and air.
