Description

Octylammonium p-Toluenesulfonate is the salt of octan-1-amine with p-toluenesulfonic acid, combining a straight eight-carbon alkylammonium head group with an aromatic tosylate counterion. It is designated as a perovskite precursor material and is furnished at a purity of at least 98% after four purification cycles. The compound is soluble in most organic solvents and is hygroscopic together with air- and light-sensitive.
