This 25 um polypropylene separator from Eata Battery is a widely used microporous membrane grade for lithium ion battery research and pilot lines. Specifications: thickness 25 um; air permeability 520 sec/100ml; porosity 42 %; tensile strength MD > 1200 kg/cm2 and TD > 130 kg/cm2; puncture strength > 450 g; thermal contraction at 90 C for 1 h MD <= 2.5 % and TD <= 0.5 %, at 105 C for 1 h MD <= 4 % and TD <= 1 %; shutdown (obturator) temperature 153 C.
