This 20 um polypropylene battery separator from Eata Battery is a microporous membrane for lithium ion cells, specified by its air permeability of 420 sec/100ml. Specifications: thickness 20 um; air permeability 420 sec/100ml; porosity 40 %; tensile strength MD > 1200 kg/cm2 and TD > 130 kg/cm2; puncture strength > 450 g; thermal contraction at 90 C for 1 h MD <= 2.5 % and TD <= 0.5 %, at 105 C for 1 h MD <= 4 % and TD <= 1 %; shutdown (obturator) temperature 153 C.
