This 8 um polypropylene separator film from Eata Battery is a thin-gauge microporous membrane for lithium ion battery cells and electrodes, offering low ionic resistance with reliable mechanical strength. Specifications: thickness 8 um; air permeability 380 sec/100ml; porosity 37 %; tensile strength MD > 1200 kg/cm2 and TD > 130 kg/cm2; puncture strength > 450 g; thermal contraction at 90 C for 1 h MD <= 2.5 % and TD <= 0.5 %, at 105 C for 1 h MD <= 4 % and TD <= 1 %; shutdown (obturator) temperature 153 C.
