Description

This 30 um polypropylene separator from Eata Battery serves as a raw material for lithium ion battery manufacturing where a thicker, mechanically robust membrane is preferred. Specifications: thickness 30 um; air permeability 600 sec/100ml; porosity 43 %; tensile strength MD > 1200 kg/cm2 and TD > 130 kg/cm2; puncture strength > 450 g; thermal contraction at 90 C for 1 h MD <= 2.5 % and TD <= 0.5 %, at 105 C for 1 h MD <= 4 % and TD <= 1 %; shutdown (obturator) temperature 153 C.
