Description

This 0.03 mm PTFE film from Eata Battery is supplied in oriented and non-oriented types, 10 m long and 100 mm wide, with 0.03 / 0.05 / 0.08 / 0.1 mm thickness options. Specifications: tensile strength >= 30.0 MPa (oriented) and >= 10.0 MPa (non-oriented); elongation at break >= 30 % (oriented) and >= 100 % (non-oriented); dielectric loss angle tangent at 1 MHz 3.0 x 10-4 for oriented film up to 0.01 mm class and 2.5 x 10-4 above; dielectric constant 1.8-2.2 (oriented); DC breakdown voltage average 200 kV/mm with minimum 40 kV/mm (oriented) and average 40 kV/mm with minimum 4 kV/mm (non-oriented).
