This 6 mm sphere open cell aluminum foam from Eata Battery combines the characteristics of open cell and closed cell aluminum foam: circular holes with regular apertures, hole walls opening small round holes connected to the ball in six directions, avoiding straight holes to favor sound absorption, sound filtering and attenuation. Sphere size (diameter 2-11 mm), wall hole size (0.5-2 mm diameter), thickness and process can be designed for the ideal noise reduction effect; the uniform sphere distribution also gives excellent impact resistance and long energy absorption. Specifications: aluminum foam, purity > 98%, sold in sheet; dimensions 400 x 400 x 6 mm, customized as request; aperture 1 mm; porosity 50-80%; through-hole rate >= 98%.
