This thermally conductive coated copper foil from Eata Battery has a black exterior with a carbon-graphite coating layer on copper. Specifications: 180-degree peel strength >= 6 N/25mm; tensile strength 400 MPa; maximum width 800 mm (customizable); operating temperature range -20 to 120 C; thermal radiation coefficient >= 0.98 for the carbon-graphite layer; and thermal conductivity above 400 W/mK from the copper base. The product is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, and combines electrical conduction of copper with the radiating and heat-spreading function of the graphite coating for thermal management applications.
