This two-station cap pressure tester and air tightness testing machine from Eata Battery serves cylindrical lithium battery production. Station one performs random inspection of the outage pressure and bursting pressure of incoming cap materials; station two checks empty-shell lithium batteries (normally produced non-filled cells or purpose-made test samples with a small hole drilled at the negative electrode bottom center) for outage pressure value, burst pressure value and sealing air tightness. The machine mainly consists of two sets of cylinder-driven testing fixture components, a single-stage gas booster pump, digital pressure transmitters, high-pressure solenoid valves, PLC touch screen and other control electrical appliances, plus a computer with supporting test data acquisition system.
