Description

This water-based SBR binder from Eata Battery is a polymer dispersion designed for lithium-ion battery anode preparation with low addition amount. Specifications: type polymer dispersion in water; appearance white liquid; solid content 40.0 +/- 1.0 wt%; viscosity 50 mPa-s; pH 8.0 +/- 1.0; coagulum content (200 mesh) <= 0.0500 wt%; packaging 18 kg net weight in polyethylene can; storage in dark cool places at 5-40 C; shelf life 12 months from production without seal break. Usage guidance: add the latex as the last component under low shear after CMC and active materials are dispersed, use deionized water to avoid pH drift, and filter the slurry through a 200-mesh screen before coating.
