This milk-white hot melt adhesive tape from Eata Battery is a 100 um thick, three-layer laminated enhanced sulfurized polymer resin material for battery tab sealing, supplied in 500 m rolls with widths of 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 10 mm and customized widths available. Thermal indices (reference only, 3 seconds at 0.3 MPa): outer layers thermal softening index 116 C and thermal melting index 135 C; middle layers thermal softening index 145 C and thermal melting index 175 C. Adhesion: removal strength from tab > 15 N/15mm and from the aluminum laminated film cell case > 35 N/15mm. Resistance to LiPF6 solution (1:1:1): no change in the solution at 85 C for 24 hours.
