This yellow hot melt adhesive tape from Eata Battery is designed for battery tab area insulation and metal bonding in pouch cells. Specifications: thickness 100 um; available widths 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12 and 15 mm; length 200 m per roll. Two variants are offered: one suitable for both soft sealing and hard sealing of battery packs, and one suitable for soft sealing only. The tape insulates the tab area inside the pouch and bonds the metal tab securely during the sealing step of pouch-cell assembly.
