Description

The double-clad ytterbium-doped fiber is designed for mid- to high-power continuous-wave (CW) fiber lasers and amplifiers. It features a large mode field area, near single-mode output, high slope efficiency, high mode instability threshold, and low photodarkening. These fibers are suitable for 500–6000 W CW fiber laser and amplifier systems and are widely used in medical and industrial material processing applications.
