Parallel Flat-Field Grating

Parallel Flat-Field Grating

Cat No:VSG-0003

Description

Traditional Rowland circle gratings have a concave imaging surface, which is unsuitable for modern planar detectors. Flat-field gratings, by regularly altering the line density of the concave grating, correct the spectral surface into a plane, thus allowing for coupling with planar detectors for spectral detection.

Features

Features Two sub-gratings are fabricated on a single substrate, extending the usable wavelength range; a single grating can cover 2–25 nm.

Applications

Applications Imaging spectrometers Optical analysis and detection systems OEM-integrated spectroscopic instruments
