Description

The polarization-maintaining erbium-ytterbium co-doped fiber (PM-EYDFA) is primarily used in 1.5 μm polarization-maintaining fiber amplifiers, LIDAR systems, and eye-safe laser products. This long-advancement PM-EYDFA features high birefringence and excellent polarization-maintaining performance. With high doping concentration and efficient energy transfer, it reduces required pump power and fiber length, minimizing nonlinear effects. The fiber also provides high efficiency, excellent beam quality, low splice loss, and strong bending resistance. Thanks to the advanced fiber fabrication process, the PM-EYDFA exhibits high uniformity.
