Cat No: PQSQS-LJX-0007 Datasheet
Product Name: ET-QS-0007 Infrared Single-Photon Counter
Quantities: - +
| Infrared single-photon counter with best-in-class dark count rate at telecom wavelengths and adjustable quantum efficiency up to 25%. Designed for applications which require asynchronous photon detection. Based on InGaAs/InP avalanche photodiode working in Geiger mode providing fast avalanche quenching. Limits afterpulsing and allows operations at reasonably short deadtimes which can be set between 2 μs and 100 μs. New cooling system that can go down to –90°C gives the lowest dark count rate available on the market. Low afterpulsing and dark count rate combined with best timing jitter and highest quantum efficiency. Photon arrival time is reflected by a 100 ns LVTTL pulse allowing easy combination with other electronic devices. Simple USB interface allowing users to set efficiency, temperature of avalanche photodiode, and deadtime. |
